FAQ

Q- How do I place an order? 
A- In the drop down menu or on the main home page, click the section you’re looking for (presales, in hand pins, ETC) and add your items to cart and head to checkout! 

Q- What kind of payment do you accept/do you accept payment plans?
A- My shop accepts payments through PayPal, shoppay, affirm, Apple Pay, etc. & yes,  payment plans through those websites are available. For certain presale items, I do sometimes offer payment plans through the website as well.  

Q- What is your grading system for your pins?
A- Grading is as follows 

A Grades: Best of each run and and near to flawless/flawless. Free of any major flaws. Major flaws include missing enamel, large scratches, pin pricks, enamel spillage. missing print. etc. These pins may still include little factory imperfections. Not large enough to take away from the overall pin. Please remember these pins are made by hand and no two pins are exactly alike.

A- : Tiny imperfection, not usually even noticeable but I’m picky. 

B grades: Minor imperfections.May include small pin pricks, color ripples, random specs of fibers, small scratches, etc  

C Grades: Imperfections listed in B grades above, but on a larger scale. Major flaws to the face, major scratching or enamel fill missing in areas that take away from the overall pin will not be listed under any grade. Those pins are not listed for sale.

Note- we do not count metal imperfections on the sides or backs of the pins to be any type of flaws. Metal imperfections on front of the pin only will be graded down even if the enamel is perfect. 

Once pins arrive to me they are all heavily scrutinized. As pins are pulled to be packaged, they are checked thoroughly again.

Q: What is your shipping time? 
A: For in hand pins, any orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days. There are exceptions to this that could make ship time longer like vacations, website sales, etc.  

For presale pins, ship time is usually 3-6 months depending on the pin design, details and factory timelines. Infrequently, some designs may take longer if there are heavy details involved or if unforeseen errors occur. 

Return Policy: All sales are final unless your product arrives heavily damaged, there are other exceptions as well. Reach out to me if you ever feel you need to return something.
